Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please review the following:

Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
Products must be new, unused, and in original unopened packaging.
All returns require an RMA number—email us at info@glowvibes.net to request one.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Non-stock items and drop-shipped items may have additional fees.
No returns on discontinued items or used/opened shrink-wrapped items.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please allow 3–4 weeks for processing your refund.
Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise noted.
No returns accepted if contaminated or altered in any way.

Damaged Items

Report damaged shipments within 5 days and provide a photo of the item and box. Save all packaging and notify the carrier immediately if damage occurred during shipping.

Defective Items

We accept returns for items with manufacturer defects. Email us promptly, and we’ll review your request.
